Race to find better asthma treatment for hospitalized kids

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common steroid treatments works better for children hospitalized with severe asthma attacks. Researchers will compare how often children need additional steroids or get rehospitalized within 30 days after receiving either dexamethasone or methylprednisolone. The trial will involve 159 children aged 3-17 who are admitted to intensive care for asthma.
