Summary
This study looks at how well teenagers with asthma control their disease and how it affects their emotions and mental health. Researchers will ask 460 teens aged 12–18 to fill out questionnaires about their asthma, physical activity, anxiety, depression, and self-care habits. The goal is to understand what support they need, but the study does not provide any new treatment or change their current care.
