Summary
This study tested a digital health platform designed to help people with asthma track their symptoms and communicate with their doctors. 94 adults with moderate-to-severe asthma used the platform for 6 months. The goal was to see if it improved asthma control and medication adherence. This was a pilot study, meaning it was a small test to see if the approach works before larger studies.
