Summary

This study tests a mobile app called ASTHMAXcel Voice that helps adults with asthma track their symptoms using voice recordings and simple questionnaires. About 200 English-speaking adults who own a smartphone and take daily asthma medication will either use the app or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the app improves asthma control, quality of life, and medication adherence over six months.
