Summary

This study is testing whether Astepro, a common allergy nasal spray, can help manage early COVID-19 infection. Researchers will enroll 280 vaccinated adults who just tested positive but have mild or no symptoms. Participants will use either the nasal spray or a placebo for 10 days to see if it reduces the amount of virus and improves symptoms.
