Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app called Jaspr, which teaches skills to manage suicidal thoughts, works better with or without extra human support. About 50 college students who have recently had suicidal thoughts or behaviors will use the app and report on their symptoms. The goal is to see if the app reduces suicidal thinking and improves coping.
