Summary

This study is for people who had surgery for stage II or III colon cancer with a PI3K mutation. It tests whether taking a low-dose aspirin daily can lower the chance of the cancer returning or a new cancer developing. Half the participants will get aspirin, the other half a placebo, and researchers will track cancer recurrence and survival over time.
