Summary
This study tests whether a daily low dose (75mg) or a higher dose (150mg) of aspirin can prevent preeclampsia, a dangerous condition involving high blood pressure during pregnancy. The trial will enroll 86 pregnant women at high risk (based on a gestosis score of 3 or more) at a hospital in Kathmandu. Participants will take aspirin from enrollment until delivery, and researchers will track who develops preeclampsia.
