Summary
This study is testing whether taking low-dose aspirin after pregnancy can help repair blood vessel damage in women who had preeclampsia. Researchers want to see if this common medication can reduce the higher risk of future heart disease these women face. The study will measure blood flow and vessel function in 40 participants to see if aspirin treatment is effective.
