Summary
This study looks at why low-dose aspirin doesn't always prevent preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy complication. Researchers will study genetic and lab factors in 130 women who had preeclampsia before and took aspirin in a later pregnancy. The goal is to understand why aspirin works for some but not others.
