Summary

This early-phase study looks at how different doses of aspirin affect blood platelets in pregnant women at high risk for preeclampsia. About 30 participants will take 81 mg of aspirin twice daily, and blood samples will be taken after 4 weeks to measure platelet function. The goal is to better understand how aspirin dosing might help prevent preeclampsia.
