Summary
This study tests whether a higher dose (150 mg) of daily aspirin is better than the standard dose (75 mg) at preventing preeclampsia, a serious blood pressure condition in pregnancy. The trial will enroll 340 high-risk pregnant women aged 18-30 with a single baby. Participants will take one dose daily from early pregnancy, and researchers will track who develops preeclampsia.
