First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a pop-up alert in the electronic health record helps doctors remember to recommend low-dose aspirin to pregnant women who are at high risk for preeclampsia. About 839 high-risk pregnant women took part. The goal is to see if the alert increases how often doctors make the aspirin recommendation compared to usual care.
