Summary
This study looks at whether taking low-dose aspirin can lower the risk of colorectal cancer in people who have already had precancerous polyps removed. Researchers will measure changes in certain stem cell markers in the colon and other substances in the blood and urine. The goal is to see if aspirin can reduce the early signs that might lead to cancer.
