Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ASP4396, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific change in the KRAS gene (G12D). The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Participants receive the drug through a vein and are closely monitored for about 45 weeks after treatment ends.
