Summary

This early study tests a new drug, ASP2138, given as a shot two weeks before surgery for people with a type of pancreatic cancer that has a specific protein (CLDN18.2). After surgery, patients receive standard chemotherapy for up to six months. The main goal is to check safety and side effects in 25 adults with resectable tumors.
