Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called ASP2074 in 23 adults with advanced solid tumors that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find a safe dose and to see what side effects occur. The study was stopped early (terminated) by the sponsor. Participants received the drug as an infusion and were monitored closely for safety and tumor response.
