Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ASP1002 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and have high levels of a protein called claudin 4. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see how well people tolerate it. Participants receive the drug through an IV infusion weekly, every two weeks, or every three weeks for up to two years.
