Summary
This study tested whether an Asian-style Mediterranean diet is acceptable to people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Thirty participants with NAFLD tasted meals from a 4-week menu cycle and rated how much they liked them. The goal was to see if this diet could be a practical option for managing the condition.
