Summary
This study tests whether the drug asciminib is safe and effective when given after a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy to prevent relapse in adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). About 36 participants will receive asciminib maintenance therapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it helps keep the cancer away.
