Summary

This study tests a drug called asciminib in people with a specific type of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) that has a genetic change called T315I. This change makes the leukemia harder to treat with standard drugs. The study includes about 20 adults whose cancer did not respond to or who could not take the drug ponatinib. The goal is to see if asciminib can control the cancer and improve outcomes.
