Summary
This study tested a drug called asciminib in 56 adults with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) that had not responded well to other treatments. The goal was to check safety and side effects over 24 to 48 weeks. Participants took asciminib alone, and the study included people with a specific genetic change (T315I mutation) as well as those without it.
