New device aims to clear dangerous leg clots

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the Artix Thrombectomy System, a medical device designed to remove blood clots from blocked leg arteries. The study will enroll 250 adults who have had sudden leg artery blockages for up to 14 days. Doctors will use the device in a minimally invasive procedure to try to restore blood flow and prevent limb loss.
