Dry eye showdown: new drop takes on market leader

Summary
This study tests whether a new eye drop, Artelac Complete MDO, works as well as the existing VISMED MULTI for people with moderate to severe dry eye. About 160 adults will use one of the two drops for 90 days. The goal is to see if Artelac is a safe and effective alternative for easing dry eye symptoms.
