Summary

This study looks at whether teaching art (specifically cross-stitch) to midwifery students can improve their imagination, creativity, and mindfulness. About 110 students will be split into two groups: one gets art lessons, the other does not. Researchers will compare their scores on imagination, creativity, and mindfulness tests before and after the lessons.
