Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ARS-2 for people with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-term hives). Participants take a single dose of ARS-2 or a placebo during a flare-up to see if it reduces itching and hives. The trial involves 42 adults aged 18-65 who have moderate to severe hives about once or twice a month while on daily treatment.
