Summary
This study tests a new drug called ARRY-614 combined with standard immunotherapies (nivolumab or nivolumab+ipilimumab) in people with advanced solid tumors like lung, kidney, skin, and head/neck cancers. The first part finds a safe dose, and the second part checks if the combination shrinks tumors. About 70 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed are taking part.
