Berry power: could aronia ease COPD symptoms?

Summary

This study tests whether eating freeze-dried aronia berries daily can lower inflammation and improve breathing in people with COPD. Fifty adults aged 50 to 80 will take either aronia powder or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure blood markers of inflammation and lung function before and after the treatment.
