New drug tested for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tested the safety and activity of an experimental drug called ARN-509 in men with advanced prostate cancer that had stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the drug could reduce cancer markers and slow disease progression. It enrolled 127 men across different stages of the disease.
