Summary

This study looks at whether doing many arm exercises can improve both physical fitness and thinking skills in adults who are not very active. Researchers will compare high-volume and low-volume arm exercises in 32 people aged 18-50 who exercise less than 150 minutes per week. The goal is to see if arm workouts can help the brain as well as the body.
