New hope for tough myeloma: combination therapy trial launches

Summary
This early-stage study tests a cell therapy (arlocabtagene autoleucel) combined with other drugs in about 147 people whose multiple myeloma has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses and check for side effects, while also seeing if the combinations help shrink the cancer. Participants must have had at least 1 to 3 prior treatments and be in fairly good health.
