First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested whether giving extra education on how to use nasal sprays correctly helps teens and young adults (ages 14-29) with hay fever feel better. Participants either received standard care or additional guidance on proper spray technique and treatment knowledge. The goal was to see if better education leads to fewer nasal symptoms like sneezing and stuffiness.
