Summary
This study looks at whether markers in the blood can tell doctors if a man's advanced prostate cancer will respond to hormone therapy. Researchers will collect blood samples from 120 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer during their standard treatment. They will compare markers from those who respond well to treatment with those who do not, aiming to develop a test that guides better treatment choices.
