New stent graft aims to improve aortic arch surgery outcomes

Summary
This study tests a new device called the Arcevo LSA stent graft in 132 people having open surgery for aortic arch aneurysms or dissections. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well. Participants must be between 18 and 80 years old and have a specific type of aortic tear or bulge.
