Spinal zap trial aims to stop Parkinson's dizzy spells

Summary
This very early study tests whether a spinal cord stimulation device (ARC-IM Therapy) can safely help manage sudden drops in blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) in people with Parkinson's disease or related conditions. Only 5 participants will be enrolled to check safety and see if the device reduces dizziness and fainting. The main goal is to improve daily function, not to cure the disease.
