Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week program of high-intensity interval training in a pool can help people with Parkinson's disease improve their balance, physical function, and muscle health. About 56 adults aged 55 and older with mild to moderate Parkinson's will take part. The goal is to see if this type of exercise is safe and effective compared to usual care.
