Summary
This study looked at whether aquatic (water) exercises could improve muscle strength and quality of life in 50 children aged 6-10 with sickle cell anemia. Children did water-based activities to see if it helped their grip strength, leg and trunk muscles, and overall well-being. The goal was to find a safe way for these kids to exercise without triggering pain episodes.
