NCT ID NCT07410897
Summary
This study tested whether a special swimming and water exercise program could help boys with mild autism. Thirty-five boys aged 6-12 were randomly assigned to either participate in water exercises twice weekly for 16 weeks or continue with their regular school routine. Researchers measured whether the swimming program improved autism-related behaviors, flexibility, and hand strength compared to the control group.
