New registry to monitor blood thinner safety in rare clotting disorder

Summary
This study is creating a global registry to track the safety of direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) in people with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) who are not at high risk for blood clots. Researchers will collect data from 500 adults over at least 6 months to monitor rates of new clots and bleeding. The goal is to gather real-world information to guide safer treatment decisions.
