Summary
This study tests a computer training called Approach Bias Modification (ABM) for people with cocaine use disorder. The training uses a joystick to teach participants to avoid drug-related images and approach positive ones. Researchers will compare 60 participants who receive ABM plus usual care to those who only get usual care, measuring how many days they stay cocaine-free. The goal is to see if this simple, short training can help reduce cravings and support abstinence.
