Summary
This study tests whether taking Bragg apple cider vinegar before a meal can help control blood sugar spikes in healthy adults. Twenty-four participants will take either the vinegar or a placebo before a standard meal, and their blood sugar will be measured. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can improve how the body handles sugar after eating.
