App-Based physio aims to cut lung surgery complications

Summary
This study compares two ways of doing breathing exercises before and after lung cancer surgery: in-person sessions with a physiotherapist, or using a smartphone app (Fissios) alongside those sessions. The goal is to see if the app helps reduce problems like infections or breathing trouble after surgery. About 560 adults with non-small cell lung cancer who are scheduled for lung removal surgery will take part.
