Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called Health enSuite Caregivers for people who care for someone with moderate dementia and feel stressed or burned out. The app provides information, emotional support tips, and tools to help caregivers manage daily challenges. About 400 caregivers will use the app or receive usual care to see if it improves their well-being and relationships.
