Summary
This study tested a smartphone app designed to give families real-time coaching to improve child mental health and family functioning. 347 families with children aged 6-9 who had elevated mental health symptoms participated. Researchers compared families who used the app to those who did not to see if the app helped reduce anxiety, depression, and behavior problems.
