Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people with neck, shoulder, back, or knee pain do their home exercises more regularly. Thirty adults with moderate pain will be split into two groups: one using the app and one doing standard exercises. Over 4 weeks, researchers will measure pain, function, and how well each group follows their exercise plan.
