First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests an oral drug called APG-2575 in adults with relapsed or hard-to-treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 74 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will measure how the body processes it. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease.
