First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to treat advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. About 50 men with no pain from their cancer will receive a sequence of two drug combinations: first, a high dose of testosterone with another drug, then a different drug called enzalutamide. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels and delay cancer growth.
