New drug ANXV aims to save sight in diabetic and vein occlusion patients

Summary

This early study tests a new drug, ANXV, in 12 adults with diabetic retinopathy or retinal vein occlusion. The main goal is to check if ANXV is safe and if it can improve vision or reduce the need for other treatments. Participants receive ANXV as a 30-minute infusion daily for 5 days and are followed for 4 months.
