Which drug best calms psychosis in Parkinson's and lewy body dementia?

Summary
This study compares two antipsychotic drugs, pimavanserin and quetiapine, to see which works better for treating hallucinations and delusions in people with Parkinson's disease or dementia with Lewy bodies. About 94 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two medications. The goal is to find the most effective treatment for these distressing symptoms in routine care.
