Summary
This study tests whether eating more antioxidant-rich foods can reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome—a group of conditions like high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and belly fat. Researchers will give 55 adults aged 18-45 a special diet and track changes in their health. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can lower their overall risk.
